To ensure members' and providers' safety, home services are **strictly delivered between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM**. Emergency night services must be coordinated through a verified clinic node.
The Two-Person Protocol
For security in selected zones, **providers must arrive in teams of two**. One professional performs the service while the second handles logistics and security monitoring.
Verification & PPE
Always confirm the Provider's identity in the app. Providers must wear ghcarePro-branded PPE and present their digital Synergy ID upon arrival.
Reporting Malpractice
We have a zero-tolerance policy for unethical behavior.
- **Direct Reporting**: Use the "Report Node" button in your order history for any overcharging or poor service.
- **Community Watch**: Issues flagged by 3 or more members lead to immediate provider deactivation.
- **Legal Handover**: Any criminal misconduct is reported to the Ghana Medical & Dental Council and Police.
